There were some complementary activities given out for the Easter weekend and that was a nice surprise. the location was perfect as it was close to many tourist attractions. One of the advantages was the availability of a pool and a bar.
The Wi-Fi was poor, which made it difficult to upload photos or check important emails. the room was quite cold and the heater was not efficient, so it was uncomfortable for a few nights.

our recent stay in stormsrivier was incredible. tube 'n axe boutique backpackers and hot tubs truly exceeded our expectations. the tent we booked was beyond comfortable, with a private shower and ecological toilet. the lush environment, campfire nights, and proximity to the national park made it the perfect spot for our wedding celebration.
One thing was missing - no fruit or muesli option for breakfast.

This hotel is a hidden gem, nestled in a beautiful place. The attention to detail and value for money here is impressive. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms, whether with bunk beds for a family of four or a double bed, are clean and cozy. It's also great that they have considered the needs of modern travelers with only one plug in working order in each room. And let's not forget the breakfast; it's delicious and offers a great start to the day.
All was great, nothing to improve.

The location was convenient to all the activities in the area. the noise from the street made it hard to sleep, as cars with blaring music drove past all night. Near to the national park and down Darnell street, the hostel is perfectly situated for those who want to explore the outdoors. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent, but nothing to write home about.
The rooms were not properly maintained and were quite cramped. the showers were small and unwelcoming.

The property had comfortable rooms and provided clean bedding. The location was great and close to many activities and sightseeing. The added bonus of the lovely bonfire and BBQ was an extra perk that made our stay enjoyable.
The uneven and poorly lit walkways made it a major safety hazard, especially in the dark. The water supply was also a major issue with little to no water available, making it difficult to shower or even brush our teeth.
